About the project:

At this time in my life, I was very intrigued by happy hours and saving every dollar that I could. I thought it was interesting that there really wasn't a way to see happy hours near me in an easy way.

My idea was to create a happy hour discovery app, which would allow me to browse happy hour deals within my city at a specific time.

Every similar app I saw was pretty poor about the discovery piece, or would require you to click into a restaurant/bar before being able to see any deals. I wanted to be able to see that at 5:00p, there was a beer deal at this bar, as well as a burger deal at the place across the street.

The Stack

• The entire app was created using bubble.io
• I was manually sourcing the deals via Yelp, Facebook, and restaurant websites; I entered in over 1,000+ in Omaha alone.
